MISS ROYAL INTERNATIONAL SOUTH AFRICA DIVISIONAL COMPETITION
Being crowned the DIVISIONAL WINNER of the Royal International Miss South Africa pageant is a moment of immense pride and achievement, representing not just personal success but also the embodiment of grace, strength, purpose and your South Africa.
This prestigious title acknowledges the hard work, dedication, and passion that the winner has demonstrated throughout the competition. As a divisional winner, she becomes a powerful ambassador for her community, using her platform to advocate for vital causes and inspire others.
The crown symbolizes her commitment to making a difference, as she engages in community service and charitable initiatives that resonate with her values. With this honor comes the opportunity to lead, uplift, and empower those around her, solidifying her role as a true role model.
In this position, she will shine brightly, proving that beauty is not only found in appearance but also in the impact one can have on the world.

The National divisional queen’s title is determined by the highest score for the required competitions:
- Payment & submission deadlines met 5%
 - Personal introduction – 15%
 - Interview – 30%
 - Fun Fashion Competition – 25%
 - Evening Competition – 25%
 
					 PERSONAL INTRODUCTION: (15%) 
							
			
			
		
						
				Each delegate will have 1 minute and 30 seconds for an on-stage personal introduction. This should cover your name, hobbies, hometown, and personal ambition.
Keep your introduction within this time limit, as it’s your first chance to impress the judges. Make your presentation engaging and memorable! Following your introduction, you will move directly into interviews.
					 INTERVIEW: (30%) 
							
			
			
		
						
				Delegates in the Princess and Sweetheart Divisions will engage in a 2-minute one-on-one interview with each judge in a round-robin format.
For Pre-Teen through Ms delegates, a panel-style interview lasting 3.5 minutes will be conducted. This interview will take place right after the On-Stage Introduction competition. Judges will base their questions on the information provided during your personal introduction.
Attire must be age appropriate and delegates can choose to wear an interview dress, interview suit, jumpsuit, or business dress.
					 FUN FASHION: (25%) 
							
			
			
		
						
				Finalists will have the chance to display their unique sense of style on the runway by modelling a fashionable outfit of their choice. This outfit should reflect the finalist’s personal fashion aesthetic and individuality.
Age-appropriate attire and make-up is required.
					 EVENING GOWN: (25%) 
							
			
			
		
						
				The evening gown should be floor length for all divisions and should reflect the delegate’s personal style and complement their personality.
MISS ROYAL INTERNATIONAL SOUTH AFRICA ROLE MODEL COMPETITION
Participating in the Royal International Miss South Africa Role Model competition is an exhilarating journey that blends elegance with purpose, culminating in the powerful symbolism of the Role Model crown.
This prestigious event not only celebrates beauty and grace but also emphasizes the transformative impact of community service, charity, and advocacy. As contestants step onto the runway, they embody the spirit of empowerment, using their platforms to uplift and inspire their communities. Each young woman champions vital causes that resonate deeply within her heart, engaging with impactful organizations and igniting a passion for change.
The Role Model crown represents more than just a title; it is a beacon of hope and leadership, signifying a commitment to social responsibility and the ability to influence others positively.
In a world that craves inspiration, these empowered girls and young women illuminate the path ahead, proving that glamour and purpose can walk hand in hand, and that true beauty lies in the power to make a difference.

 - Digital Scrapbook – 20%
 - Interview – 35%

				Each delegate must complete and submit a profile questionnaire that includes questions about their community service, charitable activities, and platform.
					 DIGITAL SCRAPBOOK: (20%) 
							
			
			
		
						
				The scrapbook should consist of no more than 40 slides and can be created in either PowerPoint or Google Slides. If you choose to use a different application, please submit it in PDF format. The scrapbook should contain the following elements:
- Copies of awards, letters of recommendation, and any recognitions.
 - Photos and transcripts that highlight the contestant's commitment to service and excellence.
 - A graph or table summarizing community service involvement from June 1, 2023, to June 1, 2025.
 - Include descriptions for each photo showcasing your service activities.

This is your chance to dazzle on stage and showcase your unique style.
We’re searching for vibrant individuals with a flair for fashion and a captivating presence. Could you be the next star of the runway?
In this thrilling modelling segment, contestants will have the freedom to express themselves within the specified sequence for the Royal Top Model Walk, as points will be deducted for any deviations from this order.
You’ll have up to one minute to wow the judges and audience alike. Make sure your outfit reflects your personality!

				This fun modelling competition delegates can rock the runway in any PURPLE outfit of their choosing (No swimsuits or props).
					 CASUAL WEAR COMPETITION 
							
			
			
		
						
				Get ready to dazzle in this lively and vibrant competition!
Delegates are encouraged to select a casual outfit that reflects their unique personality and style. Feel free to submit more than one entry to showcase your fashion flair!
					 PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION 
							
			
			
		
						
				Show off your best angles in our Photogenic Competition!
Participants may submit either colour or black-and-white photos, with options for 5×7 or 8×10 sizes. Whether professional shots or candid moments, make sure to put your best face forward! Photos will be collected at the time of registration, and you can submit up to four entries.
					 PRINT MODELING COMPETITION 
							
			
			
		
						
				This competition is ideal for those passionate about photo modelling.
Contestants will submit an 8×10 photo that highlights their ability to showcase one of the items listed below as part of an advertising campaign. Your submission should be crafted to look as if it could grace the pages of a fashion magazine or appear on a billboard.
You may choose one of the following:
- Shoes
 - Coat/Jacket
 - Earrings /Jewellery
 - Jeans
 - Bag/purse
 
					 PHOTO MODEL COMPETITION: - PORTFOLIO 
							
			
			
		
						
				Photos submitted may be either colour or black and white.
Photos must be a 8×10. Photos can be either professional or candid’s. Each portfolio submission should contain 8-12 photos. Portfolio to be submitted at the time of registration.
Please have photos in a portfolio or album labelled with delegate’s name and division.
