Optionals give every delegate more ways to shine, from her style on the runway to her presence in front of the camera. Each has its own award, presented at the Optional Awards evening.

Purple Passion
Rock the runway in any purple outfit you choose. No swimsuits or props.
Casual Wear
A casual outfit that reflects your personality. You may enter more than one look. No props.
Denim and Diamonds
Denim meets diamonds! Show off your personal style and sparkle as you walk the set.
Photogenic
Submit one photo, in colour or black-and-white, sized 5×7 or 8×10. Professional and candid photos are both welcome. Photos must be handed in at registration.

- International Supermodel Awarded to the contestant with the highest combined score in Casual Wear and Photogenic.
- Power of the Crown A two-minute video in which contestants share their message and what wearing a crown would mean to them.
- Regal Excellence Award Awarded to all contestants competing in 5 or more optional competitions.
- Social Media Ambassador Your pageant journey told through a digital scrapbook of your posts and highlights.
